The Doosan DX225LC excavator has the following major maintenance requirements:

Daily Inspection:

• Check engine oil level and refill if necessary
• Check coolant level and refill if necessary
• Check hydraulic fluid level and refill if necessary
• Check for any fluid leaks
• Check air filter and clean/replace as needed
• Visually inspect the machine for any damage or unusual wear

Periodic Maintenance:

• Engine oil and filter change
• Hydraulic oil and filter change
• Coolant change
• Fuel filter change
• Lubricate all lubrication points
